A culinary experience filled with over 150 flavorful guilt-free meal options.  These options are quick, simple and nutritious.  If you want to jumpstart your fitness program, you can simply choose Sleek Physique’s 5 in 5 (five pounds in five days) and be on your way to a healthier YOU.  These meal plans will be hand selected based on the initial interview and your goals.  All recipes will include pertinent nutritional information so that each client can make the best informed decision that may affect any health concerns, such as diabetes, high blood pressure etc.

Quick Prep

  • Pizza Night

    When it comes to creating your own pizza, the sky is the limit.  My favorite pizza toppings are as follows:
    * Trader Joe’s Fat Free Pizza sauce
    * Shredded Lite Mozzarella 
    * Lean Hot Turkey Sausage
    * Mushrooms
    * Green Pepper
    * Onion
     
    Pizza Dough
    * Wheat Pizza Dough
    OR
    * Lg Pizza Dough from your favorite pizza restaurant
     
    **INSTRUCTIONS**
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees
    – Remove sausage casings and cook in a skillet along with diced peppers, onion, and mushrooms
    – Drain and discard any liquid from the mixture
    – Prepare your board to place the dough on with corn meal (to ensure that it doesn’t stick)
    – Roll and shape your dough and place in the board to dress your pizza
    – Using a ladle, cover your dough with pizza sauce 
    – Layer lite shredded mozzarella 
    – Layer toppings
    – Place in oven until crust is go,den and cheese is bubbly, about 15 – 20 minutes.
  • After School Snack

    HUMMUS RECIPE
    2 cans of Chickpeas
    (keep the juice from 1 can, drain the other)
    1 Tbsp Garlic
    2 Tbsp Tahini
    3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1 Tsp Cumin
    1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
    1/2 tsp. chipotle chili powder
    Mix in food processor or blender
    (such as vitamin) for 45 seconds.
